* Do a list for your dinners you plan to make each week. This way you will never forget an ingredients.
* List items, circle when they run out. Leave blanks for items you don't typically buy.
* Put the letter C next to items you have coupons for as a reminder to bring them to the store.
* Group items by section and order them according to the regular routes you take through the store.

Excellent tips! I should do that, cause I always forget to buy some ingredients, and then I always forget my coupons at home.
