A Prescription For Aging

* Exercise your mind - Read anything from your daily paper to anything you would able to read. Do crossword puzzles, visit museums, sign up for a class at the YMCA or local college.

* Exercise your body - Join a gym, it maybe challenging but you'll find something you enjoy like walking, swimming or even dancing. You'll be amazed at how every success leads to another.

* Exercise your compassion - One of the great things about growing older is that we grow more compassionate. Tell people in your life how much you care about them. Show others you're interested in what they have to say. You'll become a better listener.

* Stay connected - Social networks really contribute to the quality of our lives. Staying active at the church, synagogue and in our communities helps keep us connected to one another. Remember how much you mean to those who love you.
