* Keep herbs on ice! Store fresh herbs by dipping in boiling water, to conserve color then chopping them up. Place in an ice cube tray with water to freeze.
* Stack your soup! Pour broth into small freezer bags and freeze flat on a cookie sheet. Once frozen, stack them, the will take up less space and thaw in a flash!
* Put bread in the cookie jar! A slice will help absorb moisture, preventing the cookies from going stale.
