Happiest Month Of The Year!

Today is the 8^th day of the month of December 2010, like 17 days before Christmas. This is the happiest and busiest time of the year. Are you done shopping for your Christmas gifts for your family, friends and love ones? For some people this is an expensive month of the year because we have to buy gifts for our love ones and friends. Also it is not easy to think what gifts we have to give that they would like and useful to them. I know it is not what you give that counts but it is the thoughts.

Also we have to think what food we have to prepare during Christmas day for our family. I know we have lot of parties and gatherings to attend to during this time of the year. During this occasion lots of foods we need to watch our diet also. I know it’s hard to refuse and to control because it is there and the food are delicious but we have to control ourselves. For me it is hard too because I love to eat but my hubby always reminded me to control and watch my diet for my health reason.
