This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NMEDA.All opinions are 100% mine.
So have you heard about NMEDA or do you know what their all about? NMEDA is short for National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association they are a non-profit group founded to help educate consumers about buying wheelchairs and other mobility devices from NMEDA qualified dealers.
Learning about NMEDA is very refreshing to me, because my husband is disabled. He became disabled about one year ago. It has been a struggle and a learning process ever since. He is stable right now, but there will be a day when he becomes worse and needs more help. This is where and when I hope NMEDA will still be around, it is great to have one of their locations within 15 minutes of my home . They are here if YOU need to purchase an adapted wheelchair, one of the advantages of using an NMEDA dealer is that they will come to your home and conduct an evaluation to custom fit the vehicle to your needs 'cause we all know that no two people are alike and no two people with disabilities are alike either.
NMEDA has dealers and Quality Assurance Program (QAP) dealers. The Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is the only nationally recognized accreditation program for the Adaptive Mobility Equipment Industry and it is based on the principle that in order to satisfy customers consistently, companies must have a systematic and documented approach to quality. This right here means so much to me and my husband.
In my opinion it is not easy to be a caregiver and NMEDA qualified dealers are the ones that could assist and help the elderly and disabled to get back onto the road of independence. For more information feel free to visit their website and just type in your ZIP code on the dealers locater to find the closest and nearest qualified NMEDA dealers for assistance.
