Eat your way to better abs! You don't have to skip meals or give up food. Instead try these three ways to watch your weight.
* Eat six mini meals each day to establish blood sugar, prevent mood swings and increase energy. Try yogurt with low fat granola and fruit, vegetables and chicken or peanut butter on whole grain toast.
* Up your water intake by sipping through out the day and include foods that are high in water content. Like soups, yogurt and fruits such as oranges and grapes.
* Focus on your food not the tube. Researchers found that those who eat meals while watching TV eat fewer fruits and vegetables and consume more junk food than those who leave the set off.
