Don't Eat Or Drink Close To Your Bedtime

Big meals and spicy foods stimulate your digestive system and may cause intestinal upsets and heartburn which can interfere with slumber. Avoiding liquids in the late evening will keep you from waking up for those middle of the night bathroom visits.
