1. If you work out, wear a proper shoes specific to the activity. For example: Wear running shoes for running. And go to a store where your sport is their specialty and the staff is trained to fit you properly.
2. Inspect your feet daily for unusual sores or nail nuisances. This is especially important for people with diabetes.
3. Wear shoes that fit. Try them both on and buy the correct size! A bargain isn't worth it if you end up spending the money you save getting something to fixed later on.
4. If something seems wrong, it probably is. Don't ignore pain if it persists get it checked out. One again, very important advice for diabetics.
