Three Cures For Crazy Days

* Don't Beat Yourself Up - Avoid panicking in a traffic jam by telling yourself,
"there is nothing I can do". Accepting what you can't change will help you stay peaceful.

* Distract Yourself While You Wait
- When you're kept waiting, don't stare at the clock and pull your hair out. Instead carry a stress busting book in your bag for this in-limbo moments.

* Stop Interruptions - If someone calls or pops by when you've got one foot out the door, resist the temptation to squeeze them in. Instead say,"Can we talk later? I'll be free at threes o'clock". That way, they won't feel dissed and you won't feel rushed.
