What are your plans on Valentine’s Day? Valentine’s Day is almost near. I know some of you have already plans during this day. This will be busy day those who have girlfriend or boyfriend. We usually celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving flowers, giving chocolates or any gifts, offering confectionery and sending greeting cards to the one they love. That is why most of the stores, restaurants, malls, hotels and flower shops are busy this time of holidays.

Voice Your Opinion About Walgreens and Express Scripts

This is why the news about the partnership between Walgreens and Express Scripts that it will be ending soon is very concerned. What many of us did not know is that Walgreens and Express Scripts have been in negotiation for a while, but they could not come up with a new contract by January 1, 2012. During the negotiations Walgreens was not asking for a price increase. Yet Express Scripts wanted to have full control over what constitutes generic and non-generic prescriptions and they wanted to slash Walgreens reimbursement to levels LOWER than industry standards. This is something that would simply not work. The truth is that other pharmacies charge more for some prescriptions, while dispensing less generic drugs. Also most other pharmacies may not offer 90-day refills like Walgreens does to their customers which end up being more cost efficient then 30-day refills.

What this means to you is, that Walgreens is no longer part of the Express Scripts pharmacy network. This includes all Walgreens nationwide as well as Duane Reade Pharmacies in the New York City area. This also means that if you used the Walgreens pharmacy to fill all your prescription needs and you are part of the Express Scripts network you will need to find a different place to fill your prescriptions. This situation will affect the US Military families because they are connected with the Tricare network for their prescriptions and the Tricare network is affiliated with the Express Scripts network.

For more information on what Walgreens has decided to do is to try and help their loyal customers by offering you as the loyal customers a special discount on its annual membership for its Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens. An individual can join for $5.00 ($10.00 for a family) and receive savings on up to 8,000 brand name and generic medications. Make Your Dream A Reality

Sometimes we just keep on dreaming but we don’t put this into reality. This doesn’t work this way, we have to work hard before we can reach to our dreams or goals in life. I know all of us have so many dreams and goals in life but sometimes we feel hopeless.

We think that we cannot achieve our dreams or goals in life. This is what we called a challenge for us to focus on what things need to be done in order to reach your goal or make your dreams a reality. I know that hard works pays off it just takes awhile before we can reach to our destination.

We just need to have patience and don’t give up. Just keep moving forward and persistent if you believe of what you are doing is right and you think that helps to your dreams. We can still encounter many obstacles before we can reach to the goal or to our dreams but it’s worth it if we made it through.

Plan Ahead For This Year 2012

Planning is the best thing to do so that we can prepare what things need to be done for our goal and plan of this year 2012. We need to set to it that our plan is achievable or doesn’t have conflicts with any of our other plan or schedule. If we plan ahead of time we have the possibility of accomplishing it without any hassles and delays.

Sometimes we have this thinking that we don’t want or need to plan ahead of time we just do it if time permits and the availability of the schedule. But I think planning ahead is very important and necessary for our future. If we plan ahead of time we have already ideas and guidelines of what things should be done. If there are changes we can do the changes right away before the schedule plan and most plan event are more successful than without plan.

Planning is necessary if we want to avoid mistakes and stress in our desired goal or activities that we have plan to for this year 2012. But it doesn’t mean that we have to stick to the plan, we still have a time to change or being flexible with our plan. Everything will be done smoothly and less stress if we plan ahead of time.

We also need to write it down what are our plans are and look available time, resources and of course our budget. Planning will help forecasting our future and makes visible in some extent. Planning is looking ahead and has more possibility of accomplishing it than the people who don’t have plan or goals at all.
