Just want to share this how banana helps to our body. I know some of you knows about the benefits of banana but there are some doesn’t. Glad that we are eating bananas every morning for our breakfast, but I did not know how this helps to our body. Learning how banana helps, from now on I will make it sure that we have include banana’s in our diet and food every day.
We all know how monkey love bananas and no wonder why monkeys are active and healthy because of the health benefits that banana contributes to the body system. I would rather eat banana or any fruits than taking medicine. I really don’t like taking medicine that is why I would rather eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables so that I will not get sick easily.
Banana is one of the best exotic fruit that has many health benefits as well as many other fruit. This also work wonders for headaches and migraines. There is also a study that shows the high amount of potassium and if you are potassium deficient you really need to eat banana.
Their also an article that explain how banana helps to lower blood pressure, lessens the possibility of atherosclerosis, heart attack and stroke. It also helps cure headaches and help control blood glucose and many other health benefits. I have read also an article that if you have bananas that are overripe and soggy you can use this to your roses. The research said that the potassium in the fruit will give nourishment to the roots of the plants and the results is, the flowers will get big and bloom nicer.
