Real Estate Stimulus That Will Give You A 2010 Homebuyer Tax Credit

In this economy right now, because of financial problem, were thinking it is hard to own a house but you’re wrong. There is a new senate proposal where they offer for first-time homebuyers, or those who have not owned in the last three years can receive up to an $8,000 tax credit with a Real Estate Stimulus. Homeowners and those who have lived in their current home consecutively for 5 of the past 8 years can receive also up to a $6,500 tax credit. I was surprise and glad to hear about this offer because there is a friend of mine that doesn’t have a house yet and I will surely tell them so that they can avail this offer.

So, if you are still renting a house or apartment and interested in owning a house or you are planning to own a house, this is your chance. You can save with this offer and there may be no future extensions, so all qualified homebuyers are urged to act and have a written binding contract by April 30, 2010. Income limits are now $125,000 for singles, $225000 for married couples with a $20000 phase-out of the credit for both. If you are single or married you should inquire now before it is too late.
